Experience here was above and beyond. I was gifted a new guitar and it needed to be set up properly. Joel took a quick look at it and offered to do it that afternoon. I didn't expect to have my guitar for a couple weeks, but I was enjoying it that evening already. Sounds incredible. Thanks team! Definitely coming here for all my future music needs.

Colin was very helpful in helping me select an amplifier that would be suitable for use with amp-sim plugins. He suggested I go to a competitor and purchase a PA speaker, before I saw a drum amplifier, which he said would be fit for purpose. I'll definitely be back, thanks Colin!

Really happy with the set up and fret dress of my Martin. It feels like a totally new guitar. Thanks guys! Just adding to my review 7 months later as I finally bought something here other than guitar strings! Went in today with my wife who was after a distortion pedal as she needed something to give her a bit of a kick to get back into playing. Service was excellent and staff treated her with respect and encouragement despite her being shy because she was a bit rusty. We'll done creating a welcoming environment for musicians of all skill levels!

Some of the best people I've ever met they always willing to help. They have a great selection of guitars you'll find something there that's right for you and as I said the amazing people working there are ready to help if you need anything the only problem I can't really think of any problems All im saying is that there's a reason why they have so many positive reviews
